Jarvis Wine
Your ideal customer is a man named Ali.
Ali is in their 70’s and is married. They have a doctoral degree and work in a busy team. Ali lives in London, is somewhat familiar with your product and is very Eco/Environment/Waste conscious.
This project was completed as part of a UX design course. To simulate a real-world design process, I created a fictional user persona using a persona generation tool provided as part of the course.
The following persona helped establish a clear understanding of the target user's goals, behaviours and needs, which I use to guide my decisions with a user-centred approach.
